            A manslaughter complaint was sworn to today against Joseph Rodriguez, 678 Madrid Street, San Francisco, before Judge R. R. Syer following the killing of Dolores McMIllan, 25, in an auto collision October 8, on San Francisco highway near Palo Alto. The complaint said that Rodriguez drove recklessly when he ran into the auto driven by Herbert McMillian.

              Andrew McMurray, a former pioneer resident of San Mateo County and well known to many of the old timers, passed away at the sanitarium in San Jose last Sunday. McMurray conducted the Swanton Livery Stables at Pescadero for many years. He afterwards worked in many stables in this city, San Mateo and Mayfield. He was considered an expert horseman. For the past ten years, McMurray had been employed by Lucas Greer of Palo Alto as a teamster at Stanford University. The deceased was a native of Scotland and was 70 years of age. He had been a resident of this county for over 43 years.
              The funeral was held from the James Crowe Undertaking parlors on Webster street Tuesday afternoon, the interment being in Union Cemetery, Rev. C. H. Stevens of the Congregational Church conducted the services.

                  Peter McMurray, who had been a resident of Woodside for the past thirty years, died at that place last Saturday, having suffered for some time from cancer of the stomach. Deceased had been in the employ of Dr. Tripp for many years. He was a native of Scotland, aged 65. The funeral took place Monday, services being held by Rev. F. H. Maar at the Woodside Congregational church at 2 o'clock. The interment at Union Cemetery was attended by many friends. Andrew McMurray, who cared for his brother during his last painful illness, desires to return thanks to the many kind friends for their sympathy and assistance shown to himself and relative.
