Obituary
Clara Alberta McNealy
Miss Clara Alberta McNealy died at the home of her sister, Mrs. G. W. Mosher, on Tuesday night. Miss McNealy was a native of Nova Scotia and was 28 years of age. She came to Palo Alto two years ago, and about one year ago suffered a severe hemorrhage of the lungs, since which time her health had constantly failed, and for the last three months she had been confined to her room.
Miss McNealy was a young lady of loveable character and exceptional mental brilliancy. She began teaching at an early age and expected to make this her life work. She was hopeful to the last of having her health restored that she might carry out the plans she had formed.
In her death has passed one whose life would of have been useful, one who by her cheerful and friendly disposition made the lives of others brighter.
She leaves two sisters here, Mrs. Mosher and Miss Annette McNealy, a sister in Boston and a sister and brother and her parents in Nova Scotia.
The funeral was held from the home at one o'clock yesterday and was attended by a large number of friends. The services were conducted by Rev. Charles E. Smith, assisted by Rev. Dr. Landon of San Anselmo Seminary. The internment was at Redwood City.

Obituary
Mrs. Catherine Beebe McNulty, widow of the late John William McNulty, 92 year old San Mateo county pioneer, died at her home in San Francisco over the weekend.
A native of San Mateo county, Mrs. McNulty was born on the Beebe ranch on Star Hill road above King's mountain. She is the grandmother of San Mateo Police Captain William Andreasen and Anders Madsen, all of San Mateo. Her sister-in-law Mrs. Florence Beebe lives in Redwood City. Four sons and daughters, all San Francisco and San Jose residents survive.
Mrs. McNulty's grandfather, Mr. Durham came from Ohio to San Mateo county by covered wagon in 1852 and settled in the Skyline area because he wanted to see the ocean. In early days of this country it was known as Irish Ridge.
Mrs. McNulty, her relatives recalled was fond of noting that if her grandfather had only settled in the valley instead of in the mountains above that the family members would have been millionaires today.
Mrs. McNulty suffered a broken hip and succumbed to compliations.

Obituary
Wm. J. McNulty, one of the pioneers of Woodside died at his residence in that place Saturday, Oct 6 at the age of 74 years. Mr. McNulty was a native of Pennsylvania and came to this part of the county in the early 60's and has resided continuously in the neighborhood of Woodside. When he first came here he engaged in milling and lumbering. Afterwards he was occupied in farming. In April 1872 he married and in 1874 having purchased property he engaged in the production of fruit and for the balance of his life continued in that business.
Some months ago he was injured by a fall and it was supposed that the after effects of that accident aggravated the complaint of which he died. He leaves a wife and one son, John McNulty to mourn their loss.
