Mrs. DeMars Passes Away
REDWOOD CITY, May 10 - Mrs. Laura Annie DeMars, a resident of Redwood City for the past five and half years, died this morning at the residence of a granddaughter, 237 Oliver street. She was a native of Nova Scotia.
Survivors include the following: her husband, N. DeMars; three sons, Arthur W., Leon A. and Walter B. DeMars; two daughters, Mrs. Zoe L. Reynolds and Mrs. Denice Austin; four sisters and two brothers in the East; and the following grandchildren: Ethel M. DeMars, Hazel DeMars, Dorothy DeMars, Walter DeMars, Orville DeMars, Leon DeMars, and Arthur Reynolds. The late Mrs. Lillian Zoe Boldt was also a granddaughter.
The funeral will be held Monday at 2 o'clock at 217 Oliver street. Interment will be in Union Cemetery. Layng & Tinney are making the arrangements.
