Stanley Merle, the fourteen months old son of Mr. and Mrs. George Wiechring passed away Monday and was buried yesterday in Union Cemetery. The loss of the child is a heartbreaking one to the parents in which they have the sympathy of their many friends.

    The young son of Mr. and Mrs. George Wiechring, aged 18 months, died at the home of his parents at Salinas on last Wednesday and was interred in Union Cemetery Friday afternoon. The demise of the boy is a sad one in view of the fact that two other children of similar age died some years ago. Mr. and Mrs. Wiechring have the sympathy of the community in their sad bereavement.

Williams, who had been ranching on the summit near Upenuf, for the past five years, and has been making his home with Tom Waters, passed away in this city last Sunday morning, following an illness of several months. The deceased was 75 years of age and was a native of New York. He has no relatives in this State, as far as is known.
                    The funeral was held from the James Crowe Undertaking Parlors on Webster street yesterday morning, services being conducted by Rev. C. H. Stevens of the Congreagational Church. The interment was in Union Cemetery.
