Toussaint Allian of Redwood Dies
Toussaint Allian, 86, retired city employee of Redwood City and among the first pioneers, died last night at his Redwood City home. He had been a resident of Redwood City for more than 50 years and was one of the first members of the Metamora tribe Improved Order of Redmen.
Five daughters and three sons all of Redwood City survive. They are Mrs. Josephine Dearborn, Mrs. Louisa Williamson, Mrs. Emma Lutje, Mrs. Margaret West and Mrs. Blanche King Julius, Emil and Frank Allain.
Funeral Service will be held at 9 o'clock Saturday morning from the chapel of Layng and Tynney, thence to Mt Carmel church Redwood City, where a requiem mass will be celebrated beginning at 9:30 o'clock.
